You can kick start your day with a drive down to the national museum where art and culture is on display to visitors. The museum is on the island part of the state in ikoyi and is a great place to enjoy a great view of Nigeria’s history and the beautiful aesthetics that the country beholds. It is good to note that the museum has an awesome collection of Nigerian art that is quite notable in the county and this includes pieces of statues, carvings and also archaeological and ethnographic exhibits and the people of the country. Your tour here shouldn’t take more than an hour and a half
Lagos State offers a great variety of parks and your next stop will be in one of the beautiful parks of the state. At 10:15am we will be making a stop at the Freedom park. The park is on broad street on the island not far from the museum. At this park, you can have an alone or family and friends time at the memorial or leisure park area which was formerly a prison known as Her Majesty’s Broad Street Prison. Serving currently as a National Memorial, a Cultural site, a Historical landmark, Arts and Recreation centre, the park is a great way for everyone going and old. Freedom park is currently a serene abode for individuals, collective visitors, families and interaction is open to the public every day. While at the park, you could see a play, take beautiful pictures, see the open prison where top individuals in Nigeria were held captive or just enjoy the atmosphere that makes for a good picnic spot.

By 11:15am, we take a tour to the beautifully recovered land from the Atlantic ocean on the shores of Victoria island. The Eko atlantic is a piece of land is an under-construction island that seeks to be a hub of development and wider commercialization in the country and at Africa at large. Although some part of the island has been opened for people to witness the beauty, You can have yourself here a stress free bike ride and also get a better view of Lagos and the whole of the Atlantic ocean while you are breezed away by the wave of the ocean. One can also witness the construction of the island as there are already a few sky scrapers built on the land. Though these places are restricted, one can still have a view from afar. On the island is a café and a nice restaurant that serves delicious delicacies to people who visit. Tagged as the Lagos Dubai, the eko Atlantic is definitely a place to visionize the future of the state. An hour at the Eko Atlantic Ocean and we are off on our next stop.

Going deeper into the island, your tour now takes you down to the Nike art in Lekki. Nike Art Gallery is a leading art gallery in Nigeria. Famed to be on the top list of top places to visit in Lagos, Nigeria, this storey building gallery comprises of an art gallery and textile museum featuring many thousands of cultural pieces. From the inner courtyard of the gallery you’ll find stone sculptures, tie-dye workshop and hanging craftworks, to a wide variety of beautiful art displayed inside the magnificent structure, you can be rest assured that your love for Nigerian art will be elevated. With arts and crafts dating back many centuries ago, Nike’s art gallery is one of the best preservation venues for Nigeria’s ancient traditional values and symbols and you will enjoy visiting the gallery. If checking out the artifacts on display is getting boring, one can decide to have a cup of coffee as the building is also home to a coffee shop.

A thirty minutes drive to the Lekki conservation centre. It is another great place in the islands of Lagos for you to have a great time. On a land mass of 93 hectares, the centre serves as Botha a park and a recreational centre for visitors. From the conservation centre, one can see the lekki lagoon. There a species of monkey and a great of scenery at the centre. You can enjoy the parks signature canopy walkway as it is a scenic attraction. Have a feel of taking a breathtaking walk on the longest walkway in Africa. At the Lekki conservation centre, you can be sure to be treated to a unique chance to explore the best of Nature’s Park and get a bird’s eye or a panoramic view of the different types of habitat and see the beautiful wildlife that inhabit the Lekki Conservation Centre. Amongst the fun things you can choose to do at the centre is see a tree house, play a human tall chess game, play volleyball at the beach court, enjoyable barbecue at the joint, see fish ponds and a very old tortoise.
It’s evening now and the sun is now going down. The best way to enjoy a setting sun is to take a boat cruise. And at the prest association, you are sure to have the best of the cruises you want. The view and the beauty of the ocean while on a date or when you’re at an event is spectacular. It provides you with top cruise-experience while still enjoying your event. At the boat cruise, you can treat your friends and yourself to an event with great difference. It is also a nice spot for a romantic date.
